How to prevent FB and IG from using your images to generate AI images

Today I want to share with you what I've discovered about how to show your disagreement on FB about AI. It will take you 10 minutes but all in all, I hope well spent.
Here is an interesting video by Antonio Garcia Villaran, on how to prevent or at least show your disagreement on the use of artificial intelligence. For those who don't understand Spanish, briefly go to your Facebook page, click on privacy center, go halfway down the page under "what is the privacy policy and what does it include", now at the top around the second line click on the blue link "AI di Meta" another page will open, go to the bottom to the fifth blue link "Find out more and send your requests here" another page will open, the last one! Fill in (in the fields where you have to write a text, write what you think about AI, for example that it doesn't seem ethical to you, it's not correct to use images of artists to generate other images and blah blah blah) and send it!

Oggi voglio condividere con voi quello che ho scoperto su come mostrare il tuo dissenzio in FaceBook, faccialibro, sulla IA, ovvero intelligenza artificiale. E per quanto riguarda la generazione di immagini con la IA. Ti ci vorranno solo 10 minuti ma insomma, spero ben spesi.
Qui un interessante video di Antonio Garcia Villaran, su come impedire o quantomeno mostrare il tuo dissenzio su l'uso dell'intelligenza artificiale della tua immagine e delle tue immagini. Per chi non comprende lo spagnolo, ecco una breve spiegazione: vai sulla tua pagina fb, clicca su centro privacy, vai a meta' pagina alla voce "cos'e' l'informativa sulla privacy e che cosa contempla", ora in alto circa la seconda riga clicca sul link blu "IA di Meta" ti si aprirà un altra pagina, vai vs il fondo al quinto link blu "Scopri di più e invia le tue richieste qui" ti si aprirà un'altra pagina, l'ultima! Compila (nei campi dove devi scrivere un testo scrivi quello che pensi sulla IA, per esempio che non ti sembra etico, non è corretto usare immagini di artisti per generare altre immagini e bla bla bla) e invia!
