A Reflection on Childhood
In this series of paintings, I explore one of the most profound and universal themes—children and childhood. For me, children are not just subjects of art, but mirrors reflecting our past, present, and future. Through their innocence, they reveal both our mistakes and our untapped potential, offering us a glimpse into who we are and who we might become.
With subtle symbolism woven throughout the works, these little ones invite you to look beyond the surface and discover deeper meanings. They challenge us to remember, reflect, and imagine.
A part of this series was created in collaboration with Bomarzo, for the Hay Festival Jericó in Colombia, a project that allowed me to connect with both the cultural richness of the region and the timeless nature of childhood.
